Welcome to Willowood Ranch! My name is Miranda, and I'm delighted to be your guide and share more about Weddings and Events in our little piece of Texas. I can't wait to meet you and learn about your wedding day dreams! Please take a moment to browse some key thoughts before we meet for the tour.

Why? - These discussions can be tough! We want you to enjoy your engagement, but we also understand the importance of setting realistic expectations. It's better to have these conversations early on to prevent any disappointment later.

Understand your Budget and Guest Count - Couples should work together and agree on a guest count and budget before scheduling a tour. If your budget is listed as unknown, we will provide helpful details before your tour. Keep in mind that hosting a prime season Saturday wedding for 200 guests on an $11k-$14k budget may be challenging and typically falls on the higher end of the final cost, with a more realistic range falling between $15k to $25k.

Arrive Informed -

  • Please invite anyone to the tour who needs to see the venue in person before signing the contract. Instead of private second tours, we encourage couples to attend our monthly open houses with their families. This way, everyone can experience the venue together without waiting for a separate visit.

  • Almost everything we discuss during a tour is available on the website! Couples and their guests can avoid being overwhelmed by familiarizing themselves with the website beforehand. This way, you can fully appreciate the beauty of the venue during your visit.

Direction - Situated on 350+ Acres, we have multiple gates leading onto the property. We ask that visitors use GPS to navigate to 3804 Ward Neal Rd, Bells, TX (This will take you to a private residence, please DO NOT ENTER HERE). Follow Ward Neal Rd from the intersection at Pink Hill Rd for about ¾ mile. You will pass two black gates and a large pond on the left. Enter through the third black “Willowood” Gate (Gate B). Follow the ranch road and stay to the right around the pond and fountain to the Chapel where your tour will begin. (Take a moment to enjoy the view!)

Just a reminder -

  • We do not hold dates without a contract, so your preferred dates may get booked before your tour. Check the website for date availability before your visit.

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule the tour, kindly provide 24 hours notice to accommodate our planning schedule.

  • We appreciate your consideration. Most of our team does not reside on the property, and your tour host may have scheduled their day around this meeting. Your thoughtfulness is highly valued.

Finally, we operate as a “No Pressure” venue. We prioritize what is best for YOU. Contract procedures, deposits, and payment terms will be discussed via email and mail post-tour if Willowood Ranch aligns with your event needs. For contract inquiries or further details, refer to our FAQ page.
